Sometimes the IP addresses reset when the trailer loses power. This will cause an error message to pop up when you try to print. This section goes over how to find the IP addresses on the Konicas. See How to Add New IP Address to re-add printers with new IP addresses.
- On the Konica screen, tap “Menu”.
- Tap “Utility”.
- Tap “Device Information”.
- The IP Address you’ll need is located in “IPV4 Address”.
