This section will go over how to insert and format shapes in a Word document.
- To insert arrows or other shapes, navigate to the “Insert” tab in toolbar.
- Click on “Shapes” and find whatever shape you’re looking for.
- Click, hold, and drag to place shape in whatever size you need.
- Click the shape and select “Shape Format” from the tool bar (or right click the shape to bring up formatting options).
- Change the fill color, outline color, etc.
- When finished, save sign as a PDF. If using a template, be sure to “save as” so you don’t overwrite the template.
