PDFs are the most common file type we work. In this article we’ll go over how to print a PDF.
Print Settings #

- Open PDF. Click “file” on the toolbar in the upper left corner. Select “print”. Alternatively, click CTRL+P to open print dialogue.

- Select which printer you would like to print out of (Konica 1, 2, or 3).
- Choose how many copies you’d like to print.
- In “Page Sizing & Handling” section, make sure “fit” is chosen.
- Check the “Print in grayscale” box to print in B&W. Printers default to printing in color.
- Click “properties”.

- Use “Original Orientation” to select portrait or landscape orientation.

- Use “Original Size” to select either 8 ½ x 11 or 11 x 17 paper size.

- Use “Paper Tray” to select which tray you’d like to print out of.

- Use “Staple” selection to ask the printer to staple document. Use dropdown menu to choose which corner to staple document. Printers default to stapling in upper left corner.

- Use “Print Type” to select single or double-sided printing.

- Click “OK”.

- Click “Print”.
