Use the Organize Pages tool to rotate pages, re-order pages, insert blank pages, delete pages, extract pages, and more.
Organize Pages #
- Find by clicking “Organize Pages” from the tool list in Adobe on the right-hand side of the screen.
Rotate Pages #
- To rotate pages, click on page you’d like to rotate.
- Click the right or left arrows on toolbar to rotate.
Re-Order Pages #
- To re-order pages, drag and drop into desired order.
Insert Blank Pages #

- To insert a blank page, click on the page you’d like to insert a blank page before or after.
- Click on “Insert” on the toolbar.
- Click “Blank Page”.

- Select location of blank page (before or after page selected).
- Ensure the page selected is the correct page.
- Click “OK”.
Delete Pages #

- To delete pages, select the page you’d like to delete.
- Click on the trash can icon in the toolbar.
Extract Pages #

- To extract pages as individual PDFs, select the page (or pages by shift clicking the pages you want to extract as a separate file).
- Click “Extract” in the toolbar.
- Check “Delete Pages after extracting” if you’d like the selected pages to be deleted from the original file.
- Check “Extract pages as separate files” if you’d like to be prompted to save page(s) as a new file.
- Click “Extract”.
