How to Print a Booklet

This section will go over how to print a booklet.

  1. Convert document to PDF. Open document and navigate to print dialogue. Choose which printer you’d like to print out of (Konica 1, 2, or 3). Ensure number of copies is correct. Under the “Page Sizing & Handling” section choose “Booklet”. 
  2. Verify that “Both Sides” is selected under “Booklet subset” dropdown menu. 
  3. Click “Properties”. 
  • Click “Center Staple and Fold”. Click OK. Click Print.
