This section will go over how to print a document with the cover page in color paper.
Print Properties #
Some teams like to have the first page of their IAP printed with a color paper cover. The Konicas have a “Cover Mode” setting that will automate this.

- Convert document to PDF. For a guide on how to convert to PDF, see this section. Open document and navigate to print dialogue. Choose which printer you’d like to print out of (Konica 1, 2, or 3). Ensure number of copies, color/grayscale setting, duplex, and staple settings are correct. Click “Properties”. From “Paper Tray” dropdown menu choose which tray you would like to print out of. For regular size IAPs/documents, choose Tray3 or Tray4. For Booklets, choose Tray1.
- Click “Cover Mode” tab from toolbar at top of the dialogue box.

- Check the box for “Front Cover”.
- Select “Print” from dropdown menu.
- Select “Bypass Tray” from “Front Cover Tray” dropdown menu.

- Click “OK”. Click “Print”.
