Excel worksheets can be tricky to print due to formatting issues. This section will go over how to print an Excel worksheet.
Select Cells #
- Click, hold, and drag a box around the cells you want to print. Navigate to the print dialogue.
Export to Adobe #

- Select “Adobe PDF” from printer dropdown.
- Ensure this setting is set to “Print Selection”.
- Choose landscape or portrait, whichever suits the data table best.
- Choose 11 x 17 paper size.
- Change margins to “Narrow Margins”.
- Ensure this setting is set to “Fit Sheet on One Page”.
- Click “Print”.
Edit PDF Tool #

- Once converted to a pdf, select “Edit PDF” from tool list. For more information/detailed instructions on how to convert a document to a PDF, see section on How to Convert Document into PDF.
- Center and stretch the graphic/text so that it fills the page. For worksheets that have a lot of data on them, be sure not to stretch too far or it will mess up the formatting of the data.
